Submissions
Accents Publishing is currently considering full-length works of poetry, fiction and non-fiction, including novels, memoirs, poetry books, and anthologies. Each submission should be sent only via e-mail to accents.publishing@ gmail.com, and must include the following:
- Cover letter
- Author bio or CV and contact information
- Writing sample: for poetry, please send up to 10 poems; for novels, short story collections, or works of creative nonfiction, please send up to 50 pages.
- Reading fee of $5 per submission, paid via Paypal or check or money order payable to Accents Publishing. Alternatively, we will be happy to waive the reading fee if you purchase an Accents Publishing title through our website. Please include a reference to the purchase in your cover letter if you choose this option.
Please allow a minimum of six weeks before inquiring about the status of your submission.
Note that we are not accepting submissions for chapbook-length manuscripts at this time. Please check back in the future.
The submission fee will be waived during the month of June (note that this does not apply to contest fees).
Manuscript Review
Accents Publishing offers detailed review of manuscripts. Senior Editor Katerina Stoykova-Klemer will
provide specific critique and comments on manuscripts of up to 60 pages. To submit a manuscript for review,
send a copy, along with bio and a SASE. Please include a check or money order for $120, payable to Accents
Publishing.
